Merchandise Ordering Programs
We customize our ordering programs to meet your needs. Whether you order at 5:30 a.m. on our online ordering program, fax your customized order form into our office or order face-to-face with your Midway Dental Supply Representative your orders are our priority.
Not every office is the same, that's why we offer so many ordering options.
Inventory Management Tag System
This system is installed with a tag and a bin for each product that you would purchase from Midway. Each item in your inventory is tagged and when you want the item ordered the tag is placed in a designated spot to be ordered when your Sales Representative arrives to order your supplies. Therefore you determine when an item is ordered, but no interruptions need to take place to have your inventory replenished.
Customized Inventory Fax Form
An inventory form is created with only items that you order. This makes ordering very quick and easy. Just fill in the quantities of each item that you need and fax the form. All the item codes and descriptions are on the form. No more wasting time looking up the same items. Pricing is also on the order making it easy to check the fax order form with the invoice for billing accuracy.
On-Line Ordering Program
Place orders 24 hours a day with our online ordering program. Simply log on and enter your personalized password and you will have access to our catalog and a Favorites List reflecting your most commonly used items.
Face-to-Face Sales Representative
If you like to see a Sales Representative just let us know. He/she will be glad to stop by and take your order personally, as well as providing you with specials and new product information. Credits may easily be returned by giving them to the representative for credit on your account.

You will always get a real person that answers the phone at Midway Dental Supply, Inc. Whenever you need something just give us a call and someone will be glad to assist you with your order. Don't know the item code of the product you are looking for? No problem. We realize you have better things to do than look up item codes. Simply give us the description of the product that you are looking for and we'll be glad to help!
Delivery Options
We specialize in giving you options for delivery of your merchandise items. Orders can be shipped the same day if received prior to 3:00 PM. Automatic shipments of repeatedly used items can be set up to reduce the amount of orders that have to be placed. These shipments may be set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Delivery on hazardous items may be arranged with your sales representative to avoid additional charges. Delivery can also be arranged with your sales representative on non-hazardous items.
Contract Buying
Ever wish you could purchase in bulk to get better prices, but you don't have the storage to accommodate the purchases? Now you can! Midway will allow you to buy the products you wish in bulk to be shipped to your office as needed. You will always receive fresh product without the worry of expiration dates or storage issues.
Service & Repair Department
Midway Dental Supply, Inc. Service Technicians are authorized and trained to install and service all major brands of dental equipment. We maintain a complete and computerized parts stock to insure high availability. Service vehicles are stocked with parts for most on-site repairs. We maintain competitive labor rates and rental equipment.
